I don't see anything under the Availability tab in Reports on Vanguard Monitor.
The Availability monitoring function in Vanguard requires either a static IP or fully-qualified domain name (FQDN) to be registered with Waterloo Systems. The means of declaring an IP or FQDN is included in the Subscription and Registration process, however, if one was not known at the time, it can be sent to Vanguard Support via a support ticket or an email to
If you have declared an IP or FQDN and there still is not data present in the Availability tab, please create a support ticket.
